Jeffrey J. Malak

Jeffrey J. Malak is a partner of law firm of Chariton & Schwager. Mr. Malak maintains a general civil
practice and counsels various corporations, associations, agencies, non-profit institutions and
boards. Mr. Malak is admitted to practice before:
- All Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts
- United States District Court for the
Middle District of Pennsylvania
- United States District Court for
the District of New Jersey
Mr. Malak currently serves as General Counsel for the
Polish Union of the United States of North America, a national fraternal life insurance company,
and is a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Malak also serves as Solicitor for Jackson
Township, Luzerne County and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council
of Northeastern Pennsylvania and the Luzerne County Orphans’ Court Rules Committee. Mr. Malak is
a past recipient of the Northeast Business Journal's "20 Under 40" Award.
A cum laude graduate of
Wyoming Seminary, Mr. Malak received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the
Johns Hopkins University and both a
Juris Doctorate and Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management from the
Dickinson School of Law of the
Pennsylvania State University.
